How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way!

What if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and swimwear unless the items are faulty. All other items in their original condition with tags attached can be returned within the 15-day window.
