Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, and hosiery unless faulty

How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return (see template below)
- Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically appear within 24 hours
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred size/color
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Final Sale Items
